Kabanos sausage salad

The salad is perfect both as a treat for guests and as one of the dishes served at a barbecue with friends. It is also a perfect boxed dish to take with you to school or work.

Ingredients

  • 1 packaging ZM Pekpol Ostrołęka kabanos sausages with sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 20 colourful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 small can corn
  • 1 packaging colourful lettuce mix
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fried sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

Cut sausages into pieces. Cut peppers into strips. Slice the onion. Mix all the vegetables, kabanos sausages and salad mix in a large bowl.

Prepare the dressing: scald the lemon, grate the peel and squeeze the juice from the flesh. Combine the ingredients with olive oil and spices. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with sunflower seeds before serving.
