Ingredients
- 4 slices ZM Pekpol Ostrołęka Kurpie Specialities ham
- 1 jar pickled beets
- 1 pear
- 1 fig
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 handful corn salad
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
- cold pressed rapeseed oil
- 300 g flour
- 300 g yoghurt
- 1 flat teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Prepare flatbread: knead the flour, yoghurt, baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt into a smooth and elastic dough. Wrap the whole thing in foil and set aside for 20 minutes. After this time, divide the dough into 8 smaller balls and roll each into a thin sheet. Fry on a dry grill pan.
Fry peanuts on a dry pan. Peel the pear, remove the core, cut into smaller pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut fig in half.
Place the lamb’s lettuce, nuts, and pear in a bowl. Add salt, sugar, and vinegar. Mix with the oil, ham, beets, and fig. Serve the ready salad with flatbread.
