Tart with white pudding
The secret to the perfect tart is to coat the puff pastry with dried beans (or peas or special ceramic balls). Thanks to this trick, the tart will be crisp and will keep its ideal shape.

Ingredients
- 200 g ZM Pekpol Ostrołęka white pudding
- 1 packaging dry puff pastry
- 3 large apples
- 1 large onion
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- few sprigs fresh marjoram
- salt, pepper
Preparation
Cut the white pudding into slices. Unroll the dough, line a baking tin with it, weigh it down (e.g., with dried beans) and bake for 15 minutes at 200˚C.
Peel the apples and cut into thin slices after removing the core. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel onions and slice them into half-moons.
Arrange the onion slices on the baked dough and alternate between the white pudding slices and the apple slices. Sprinkle with half of the fresh marjoram and bake for another 15 minutes at 200˚C.
After removing from the oven, garnish the tart with fresh marjoram.
