Pears stuffed with black pudding
This dish is a real feast for the palate! The combination of sweet pears with the intense flavour of black pudding and creamy blue cheese is sure to delight your guests!



Ingredients
- 3 pears
- 500 g Pekpol barbecue black pudding
- 200 g ripened blue cheese
- 1 onion
- thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Ripe pears, peel, hollow out the centre slightly, drizzle with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes on each side. Roast the black pudding with the onion.
Then mix the black pudding with the onions, season with chopped thyme, salt and pepper. Fill the hollowed-out pears with the prepared black pudding filling, crumble the blue cheese and place on top.
The prepared pears can be roasted on the grill for a while.
