Original additions are a guarantee of a successful barbecue. Our potatoes with sausage can perfectly complement the taste of grilled meat, but they are also great as a main dish. Their taste will be perfectly complemented by garlic or dill sauce.



INGREDIENTS
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 ZM Pekpol ostrołęcka sausages
- 1 clove garlic
- fresh marjoram
- oil
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Peel the potatoes. With a sharp knife, cut almost all the way through, taking care to keep each in one piece. Cut sausage into thin slices. Strip the leaves from the marjoram stems. Finely slice garlic.
Stuff the potatoes with sausage slices, marjoram leaves and garlic. Sprinkle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in an oven or grill in a clay pot until golden and soft on the inside.
