Asparagus wrapped in cold cut slices
It doesn’t get any tastier than that! Asparagus wrapped in ham and bacon can be served as a separate side dish or as an addition to main courses. A fried egg and a yoghurt-based garlic sauce will complement their taste perfectly.

Asparagus wrapped in cold cut slices
It can be successfully prepared both at home and at an outdoor barbecue party. It tastes great anytime and anywhere!



Ingredients
- 1 packaging ZM Pekpol Ostrołęka bacon slices
- 1 packaging ZM Pekpol Ostrołęka boiled ham slices
- 1 bunch green asparagus
- 1 bunch white asparagus
- oil
- lemon juice
- salt, pepper
Preparation
Gently peel the asparagus. Cut off the woody ends and wrap in ham and bacon (for safety, the rolls can be fastened with a toothpick). Preheat the oven to 180°C and turn on the grill.
Drizzle the asparagus with oil, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place on a baking tray or pan suitable for use in the oven and bake until the rolls are browned. Take them out and sprinkle them lightly with lemon.
