Pears baked in fine ham

The dish tastes great served both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices ZM Pekpol dębowa ham
  • 4 pears
  • 1 packaging feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • rocket for decoration
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

Peel the pears, remove the cores, and cut into thin slices. Mix the feta cheese with the nuts and rosemary. Stuff the pears with cheese, then wrap with ham and fasten with toothpicks.

Place the pears in an oven preheated to 160°C and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove and garnish with rocket.
